Must-Have Qualifications
- 2+ years of business development or B2B sales experience in software services.
- Strong communication skills in written and spoken English.
- Proven experience in lead qualification and conversion workflows.
- Ability to coordinate with technical teams and explain solutions clearly.
- Familiarity with CRM tools, spreadsheets, and structured follow-up discipline.
Nice-to-Have Qualifications
- Experience selling web, mobile, or SaaS product development services.
- Familiarity with proposal writing and basic effort estimation language.
- Existing network in startup or SME technology buyer communities.
